Established in 1975, Pulaski Health Center is a patient-centered health care practice providing Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County residents with a variety of comprehensive health care, dental, and related services. The center is operated by Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI), a private, federally funded non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. All major insurances are accepted, and a sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 10:45 am & 1:00 pm – 3:45 pm
