The mission of the Sandy Creek Central School District is to provide all students the knowledge and skills necessary to be self-directed, life-long learners by providing the highest quality education in partnership with parents, staff, and community.

PACS is committed to providing high quality education to prepare our students for higher education, meaningful work, and a successful life in the 21st Century. PACS boasts one of the highest graduation rates in Oswego County. Our district offers students a wide and vibrant array of extracurricular activities in athletics, the arts, music, and community service. And the district leverages services provided by the Center for Instruction Technology & Innovation at BOCES, and P-TECH, a new program designed for students interested in careers in electrical engineering and mechanical technology.
